Moye White's Carrie Rodgers named ASAC Attorney of the Year
The honor was presented at the 32nd Annual ASA Colorado Construction Industry and Excellence in Safety Awards Gal

Moye White partner, Carrie Rodgers was presented with the honor of the 2017 Attorney of the Year award from the American Subcontractors Association of Colorado (ASAC), doled out in April at the 32nd Annual ASA Colorado Construction Industry and Excellence in Safety Awards Gala at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House.
This is the second year in a row Rodgers received the recognition.
For nearly 30 years, Rodgers has focused on solving construction disputes, as chair of the firm's construction group. She deals daily with business aspects of the construction industry, from drafting, negotiation and review of contracts to litigation and arbitration of disputes that cannot be resolves. She defends construction claims on behalf of owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, material and equipment suppliers and homeowners associations in public and private construction projects.
She has served as Chair of ASAC's Attorney Council for five years and s also a valued member of ASAC's "Dream Team," a committee that coordinates and facilitates educational events.
