CBRE announced  James Brady, Campbell Davis and Rachel Shanahan have joined its Capital Markets, Investment Properties, Denver practice. Formerly with Cushman & Wakefield in Denver, the team specializes in helping private capital investors with the disposition of office properties throughout the Rocky Mountain Region.

"With combined experience that spans finance, leasing, construction, project management and property sales, James, Campell and Rachel offer their clients a unique, hollistic view of real estate investment strategy. Their addition to CBRE will further strengthen our market-leading Capital Markets services in Colorado," says Pete Schippits, Senior Managing Director and Market Leader for CBRE’s Colorado region.

In last year alone, the group facilitated $70 million in office investment sales across the Front Range, including the December 2017 sale of Cherry Tower (231,000 square feet) and the November 2018 sale of the Northrop Grumman office building in Aurora (105,000 square feet). At CBRE, the team will continue to focus on the real estate needs of private capital investors.

"The move to CBRE allows us to elevate the service we provide our private capital investor clients," Brady says. "Now part of the market's leading Capital Markets practice, we get to work alongside professionals who represent the top in their field. Having access to an in-house debt and structured finance group means we can be a comprehensive, full-service resource. In addition, we will leverage CBRE's global platform and innovative technology tools to help our clients achieve their business outcomes quickly and efficiently."

Joining CBRE as a first vice president, Brady was most recently a director with Cushman & Wakefield in Denver, brokering more than $500 million in real estate transactions during his nine-year tenure. Brady's background also includes roles with Wells Fargo and Northmara Capitol.

Davis, now a senior associate with CBRE, spent eight years in the construction and manufacturing sector before beginning his capital markets brokerage career with Cushman & Wakefield in 2016.

Shanahan, who will manage operations for the group at CBRE, has joined in the role of client services specialist. Most recently, Shanahan was a transaction manager at Cushman & Wakefield and previously worked in leasing brokerage with DTZ in Denver, prior to its merger with Cushman & Wakefield.
