Recently voted by ColoradoBiz readers as the best staffing/recruiting/executive search company in Colorado, Steve Ziegler, president and founder of Z3, explains to videographer Scott Cowperthwaite how not relying on commission makes them more successful and the biggest mistakes he sees employers and employees make.

Z3 Talent was founded in 2013. As a small boutique firm, it mainly partners with entrepreneurial companies to find employees that will succeed. In order to do so, Z3 works closely with company founders and founding team members during its methodical and procedural process.
