Ann Gushurst has been elected president of Gutterman Griffiths Family Law, and two other attorneys have have been named shareholders.

Gushurst is well-known in the family law community for both her outstanding work as a litigator and her pioneering work in LGBT family issues. Gushurst's ability to creatively approach thorny and complex legal problems has led to her groundbreaking work on marriage equality in the state.

Emily Warren, a new shareholder, spent 19 years as a prosecutor in the 18th Judicial District Attorney's Office before joining Gutterman Griffiths as Of Counsel in early 2015. Warren is a resolution-oriented divorce attorney and has been trained in the collaborative divorce process.  At the same time, she is an excellent trial attorney with more courtroom experience than most family law attorneys.  When cases are unable to be resolved amicably, she puts all of her courtroom skills to use for the benefit of her clients

Elizabeth Bonanno, formerly a senior associate attorney and now shareholder with the firm, came on board in 2012 and quickly established herself as a formidable litigator and effective negotiator. Her practice has focused on asset and business valuation, income valuation, complex divorce, parental responsibilities, child relocation, and child support matters, among others.
