Fisher Phillips LLP has named Michael R. Greco Regional Managing Partner of the firm’s Denver office. Greco succeeds Todd Fredrickson, who has held that position since the Denver office was established in 2008.

Fredrickson will continue as a partner in the Denver office, which he started with Darin Mackender and grew to 15 attorneys.

Formerly a partner in the firm’s Philadelphia office, which he co-founded with two other partners, Greco helped grow the Philadelphia office to more than twenty attorneys before he transferred his national practice to Denver in June 2015.  As a key partner in the Fisher Phillips Employee Defection & Trade Secrets Practice Group, Greco’s practice is focused on litigating claims and issues that arise from the movement of employees between competing firms. Greco has litigated complex trade secret and non-compete cases in nearly all fifty states over the last twenty years.

Greco emphasized the important role Fredrickson will continue to play with Fisher Phillips at both the national level and in the Denver office.

“I am honored to succeed Todd as Regional Managing Partner," he said. "Todd continues to play a very important role not only in our office, but also as a national leader on diversity and inclusion for our firm.”

Fredrickson, who will continue his work as national chair of the firm’s diversity and inclusiveness committee, has won numerous awards for his work in labor and employment law, including being recognized as an Employment Law – Management Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers in America for 2014 and 2017.
