Tower Realty Partners named a new CEO Jeremy Keck and partnered with alternative asset management firm, The Convergence Group.

Keck brings 20 years of finance and real estate experience to the Tower Realty team, including tenures with Bank of America, Carr Healthcare Realty and LendingClub. He joins founder and President Stephen Strecker and partner Adam Avery at Tower, which provides tenant and buyer representation for healthcare professionals and small businesses’ commercial property needs throughout Colorado and beyond.

“I couldn’t be more excited to be part of the Tower and TCG family,” Keck says. “Stephen and Adam have built an incredible foundation and the opportunity for growth is tremendous. It’s a timely moment for Tower as we help medical professionals and small business owners build their real estate strategies.”

“Colorado is our home and we’re passionate about helping businesses succeed here,” Strecker says. “Having Jeremy on board is key to that as we build on our strategic vision, continue to provide our clients and partners an unmatched level of service and implement progressive efficiencies to commercial real estate brokerage.”

The two-and-a-half-year-old Tower organization also recently partnered with The Convergence Group, a Puerto Rico-based firm with administrative offices in Colorado, to provide a greater proficiency and understanding of the workings of small businesses in a complex economy.

“The wealth of insight and expertise brought by TCG provides a huge advantage in Tower’s growth,” Strecker says.

The Convergence Group, founded by Clem Borkowski, Sean Hawkins and Joe Schiff, focuses on matching talent and capital through private equity, private credit, real estate investment and healthcare venture development. TCG is helmed by CEO C. Ryan Dunham, whose background includes leadership in the hospitality, healthcare and music/publishing fields with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions.

“From the moment I met Jeremy, I knew he was the right person for the role,” Dunham says. “Not only are we well-positioned to build on Tower’s success, we’re poised to make Tower Realty Partners the premier realty firm in the Denver market.”
