ColoradoBiz Magazine’s nationally recognized, 5th Annual GenXYZ Awards Event celebrates the Top 25 Most Influential Young Professionals in Colorado and their impact on the state’s economy. Since its beginning in 2010, GenXYZ has been growing and has become extremely competitive. With nearly 300 nominations in 2014, the honor of being recognized as one of Colorado's Top 25 Most Influential Young Professionals grows as well.

PROGRAM (7:00pm): ColoradoBiz Magazine’s GenXYZ program recognizes outstanding Colorado business and community leaders between the ages of 21-39. Each finalist represents the diversity of Colorado and includes those who have had great accomplishments and made significant contributions to their businesses, industries, and communities.

This one-night, 3-hour workshop, taught by Dave Jenks, shows you the step-by-step process for turning any endeavor into an effective enterprise. It will help you get what you want and make the right things happen. It teaches the five disciplines of business - how to cost-effectively grow, expand and scale. It will focus on attracting more customers and generating referrals.
A keep-it-simple guide to money management will be combined with a system for managing limited resources (including time). Finally, you will come to understand the art of leverage: how to get more done through others.
