Volt Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an Accounting Specialist with extensive Accounts Receivable experience. Must have at least two years of experience with accounting in a manufacturing environment. Must have advanced MS Office skills including Excel.
Our analysts work directly with senior management and are exposed to all aspects of the Company's operations, acquisition/disposition efforts, forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning. Analyst duties will include but not limited to operations analysis, market analysis, financial analysis, process implementation, and assisting senior management with an array of important special projects. Analysts also handle a variety of analyses on properties, assist with financing, due diligence and the evaluation of corporate opportunities.
To provide skilled and efficient administrative support to the Executive Team, acting as a liaison with senior executives, board members and clients. Additional responsibilities include management of the phone system and all incoming calls, incoming and outgoing mail, and facilities management. This position will also involve assisting with general office duties as determined by HR Staff, and assisting the IT department and various vendors on large order purchasing.
