I had no idea what I was going to tell my parents, but I decided I’d just tell them what happened and see where the chips landed. I felt ashamed of myself for being so disrespectful to my boss, even though she had constantly demeaned me and all the other people that worked at Potatoes, Etc. Why the highest paid execs make so much
There are a number of theories and concepts as to why. One concept attracted my attention: Winner take all: This theory contends that there are some people who are just really good at their jobs. As technology improves and markets get larger, the best workers know how to leverage those advances to take an ever larger share of the economic pie. This extends not just to celebrities and CEOs but also to top performers in many professions. By Gary Harvey

I’d say it’s a science,” said Matt Larson, Confio’s CEO and founder. “What we set out to do is turn out products that are used everywhere, that become ubiquitous.” By Gigi Sukin

This list just scratches the surface. When we automate jobs out of existence, that doesn’t mean there is no work left to do.
