Nuggets coach George Karl talks about his support of the Greener Venues pledge to make measureable improvements in energy use, water consumption, materials and waste management at facilities including Invesco Field at Mile High, the Denver Zoo, the Pepsi Center, the Denver Performing Arts Complex , Coors Field, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, CU’s Folsom Field, the Colorado Convention Center, Dick’s Sporting Goods Park and the Denver Coliseum. He appeared at a press conference on March 19 to launch the Greener Venues partnership, a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency sponsored program.
