Jennifer Artley, Level 3 Communications’ vice president for wholesale markets, talks about the company’s efforts to bring wireless Internet to rural and underserved communities, including Fort Morgan in Colorado. Level 3 is working with Greenwood Village-based Open Range, which is building a 17-state 4G wireless broadband network to provide wireless broadband to more than 500 communities.
