2017 Top Company Awards – 30th Annual Celebration
2017 winners judged best in business, community engagement
It's been 30 years since ColoradoBiz started honoring Colorado's Top Companies, and this year's 14 winners and 29 finalists continue to exemplify business at its best. Whether they're open to the public or working behind the scenes to help other businesses achieve success, our Top Companies excel at supporting their employees, their customers and their communities.
Longtime sponsor Deloitte selected finalists for each category, and a panel of ColoradoBiz's editorial staff and business leaders selected the winners. The award recipients were judged on outstanding achievement, community engagement and financial performance.
Helping hands were provided at the awards ceremony by Tom List of sponsor, Moye White LLP and Sandy Rothe of Deloitte.
Along with the 2017 winners and finalists, two longtime Top Company standouts were honored. American Furniture Warehouse, a Top Company winner in 1994, 2005 and 2016 received the 30th Anniversary Legacy Award, recognizing a company with a record of enduring excellence in business and achievement in the community. Alpine Bank, a Top Company winner in 1989 and 2001, received the Spirit Award for community involvement and professional service.
