The annual Top 100 Woman-Owned companies list was revealed at the June 22 reception

With great anticipation, approximately 200 fierce female business leaders gathered for the big unveil of the 2017 Top 100 Woman-Owned Companies list at the annual reception at RedLine Art Gallery June 22. Guests celebrated the revenue-based rankings at the nonprofit art center in downtown Denver's Curtis Park neighborhood, mingling and conversing before the program, speakers – including Colorado Lt. Gov. Donna Lynn – and list reveal.

Accompanying the event theme, Dress for Success – a local nonprofit – collected bags and donations to promote women's achievement. Since 1997, the organization has worked to empower women, helping them achieve independence and gain confidence by outfitting them to thrive.

Sponsors for the evening's program included Christopherson Business Travel and PwC. This year's partners were Yellowdog Printing, Footers Catering, Multimedia, Gusto, Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce, Sugarwish, Denver Center for Performing Arts and Dress for Success. Declaration Brewery and Carboy Winery provided boozy beverages, while Cinnaholic sweetened the night with cinnamon rolls. Additionally, Footers chef Heather Carr, winner of the Food Network's "Chopped," shared her latest culinary concept, a ramen noodle station at the event.

Check out the Top 100 list on pages 54 and 55 in the July-August issue of ColoradoBiz.
