This Real Estate Firm Will Prepare Your House for Market [VIDEO]

With Denver’s real estate market, there’s always something to talk about. And for good reason, the city has seen immense growth over the past five years or so. Today, however, the debate seems to be whether or not the market is headed for a slowdown.

“The numbers I keep seeing just lend itself to still being a great market,” says Jason Dalbey, real estate broker at Compass Real Estate.“It’s a good time to buy and sell. I see buyers acting with a lot less urgency.”

In this video, Dalbey talks to videographer/interviewer Scott Cowperthwaite about what he’s seeing in Denver real estate market, Compass Real Estate’s new office in Cherry Creek and the firm’s new program, Compass Concierge.

The new program helps clients prepare their house for market by providing a whole slew of services. This includes putting in new paint, new carpet and even a new roof.

Compass is a real estate brokerage firm that was founded in 2012 and has agents across the United States. The firm opened its offices in Denver and Boulder in January 2019 following the success of its offices in Aspen and Telluride.
