The brains of these operations are featured in ColoradoBiz magazine's 2018 Top Company awards, particularly in the Real Estate category. Read on to learn more.

WINNER

ATLAS REAL ESTATE GROUP

DENVER

Atlas Real Estate Group helps its clients build wealth. The full-service real estate company specializes in investments, brokerage and property management by investing in rental properties and providing property management services that include finding the right tenant and handling maintenance issues.

“Our company is uniquely positioned to solve one of the big problems our society faces today — savings,” Atlas co-founder Ryan Boykin says. “Most people don’t realize the financial benefits of rental real estate. Buying a piece of rental property and renting and owning it for 15 to 30 years is a great pathway to retirement.”

Atlas has bought and sold more than 4,000 properties on behalf of individuals and institutional investors totaling more than $750 million. It also has its own real estate holdings valued at more than $50 million and manages more than 2,300 units of residential investment real estate for clients.

Atlas has been recognized for its Real Estate Investment Hour, a monthly event that teaches people how to build long-term wealth and save for major life events by investing in real estate. Atlas created the program to offer people a personal path toward financial independence.

“We put people first and profits second,” Boykin says. “While we’re in real estate, we take into consideration all elements of our world to achieve an end result that’s good for you, good for me and good for everything.”
