Here are the top four reasons to plan a meeting in Breckenridge:

Close-Knit Mountain Community

Whether a group wants to escape from the mundane city conference or is just looking for a new destination, Breckenridge can't be beat!

Although Breckenridge is renowned for skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling and snowshoeing, the mountain town is also ideal for warm-weather fun. Visitors can head up the mountain with an abundance of easy, moderate, or difficult biking and hiking trails. Participate in a few rounds of golf at the Jack Nicklaus-designed 27 hole, Breckenridge Golf Club.

Reconnect with the inner child by visiting the Breckenridge Fun Park. Attractions for the Fun Park include: zip lines, mini golf, an alpine slide, the gold runner coaster, guided hikes and Segway tours, a maze, a scenic chair lift and much more. The town hosts great festivals and events throughout the year, no matter the season. When it is time to tuck in at night find a home at Beaver Run where we offer a variety of unit types all offering a mountain charm.

Breathtaking Views

Whether you are strolling historic Breckenridge Main Street or exploring the surrounding area on any of our extensive trails you will discover a charming and vibrant town. Breck sits in a valley surrounded by mountains, so any direction there is beauty to gaze upon and admire. The town itself has a certain je ne sais quoi.

The laid-back atmosphere makes any visiting group feel like a part of the community. Take in an expansive view of the Ten Mile range, a glistening high alpine lake, a National Forest or a wildflower-filled meadow. The scenery changes every season. In the winter, the mountains are snow-covered and the slopes are in full swing. Summer brings out the amazing wildflowers and wildlife. A crisp autumn brings on the changing of the leaves. Fiery reds turn to luminous golds, signaling the return of winter and a new year.

History and Culture

Breckenridge boasts one of Colorado’s largest historic districts, home to more than 200 structures on the National Register of Historic Places. Groups can book private tours of old mines, Victorian homes and even buildings haunted by ghosts from the gold rush. Breckenridge also has a thriving arts scene with plenty of live music, art festivals and guided demonstrations and classes.

The Breckenridge Arts District recently received certification into the Colorado Creative Districts Program by Colorado Creative Industries and The Boettcher Foundation, joining only a handful of other districts in the state to receive this certification. The Breckenridge Heritage Alliance and Breckenridge Creative Arts District are non-profit organizations that offer free events as well as group packages at reasonable rates.

There are an abundance of dining options are with more than 100 restaurants and bars to choose from. The town offers wonderful cuisine and exciting nightlife that will keep your group entertained. There is something to satisfy all appetites, from fine dining to casual grab-and-go outlets.
