This article is part of a special advertising section on Colorado's women in business. Women in Colorado are making an impact in every industry, enterprise and workplace role imaginable. They are CEOs, startup founders, strategists and irreplaceable employees who not only are instrumental in their own organization’s success; through their daily actions and achievements, they set a precedent of possibilities for the next generation of women in business to build upon. Each article profiles the person behind the business and organization that a Colorado woman has helped build or nurture.

Cindy Judge is the first female CEO of Sterling Rice Group (SRG), a 35-year-old independent brand consultancy and advertising firm. Certified as a female-owned business, SRG’s clients include some of the world’s largest consumer brands. The agency is a creative collective  —a full-service advertising agency, a strategy and insights powerhouse, a culinary think tank, a brand positioning and design foundry, and an innovation juggernaut that has delivered more than $10 billion in new revenue to its clients over the past five years.

SRG is based in Boulder, Colorado. The agency has been ranked on Outside Magazine’s Best Places to Work list for the past seven years, and was recognized by AdAge as a Best Place to Work in 2016 and 2017.

At SRG, Cindy oversees all areas of the firm's opeartions from clients services, business development, talent acquisition and more.
