He joins a team of senior research professionals around the country who develop in-depth insight and analysis on a variety of trends impacting a broad base of commercial real estate professionals.

“Our clients depend on CBRE’s market-leading research to make critical real estate and business decisions on a daily basis,” said Pete Schippits, senior managing director and Colorado market leader. “Matt will serve to elevate our research efforts, ensuring our clients are armed with the information and analysis needed to make well-informed, strategic real estate decisions that drive business outcomes.”

In addition to his new role, Vance will continue to serve as an economist at EA and advise on CBRE’s forecasting.

Before joining CBRE, Vance held a real estate research position for Real Capital Solutions (RCS), a highly entrepreneurial real estate investment management company that focuses on value-add, opportunistic and high-barrier-to-entry markets.
