Denver Office of Marcus & Millichap Welcomes New VP

Brandon Rogers joins as the firm's vice president of Capital Markets

Marcus & Millichap, a commercial real estate investment services firm, announced the hire of Brandon Rogers a vice president Capital Markets in the firm's Denver office.

With more than 1,800 investments sales and financing professionals throughout North America, Marcus & Millichap is considered a specialist in commercial real estate investment sales, financing, research and advisory services. Last year alone, the firm closed more than 9,000 transactions with a value of approximately $42.2 billion.

With more than 20 years of commercial real estate finance experience, Rogers joined the team this July. In his new role, he is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types, including multifamily, office and industrial, retail, senior housing and hospitality. He is well-connected with national, regional and local funding sources and has expertise with a variety of loan structures. 

Prior to joining MMCC, Rogers worked with two Denver-based mortgage banking firms, serving most recently as a principal. To date, Rogers has closed more than 300 transactions with all lender and property types.
