Elexis Schroder is at her best when she’s pushing others to be their best.

After working for and with top public relations firms and brands, Schroder launched SchroderHaus based on the belief that there is a better way to serve innovative natural products entrepreneurs. By combining the right tools and teams across all marketing functions, SchroderHaus achieves results and saves clients time and money. After four years, the firm is growing year-over-year and supports such brands as Lily’s Sweets, Good Karma Foods, Fairtrade America and Hope Foods.

Schroder co-hosts quarterly Women In Food events, providing females in various levels of their career the opportunity to learn from one another. She also helps organize team volunteer opportunities at organizations such as Metro Caring. 

Recipe for success: “First, you’ve got to take care of you. Second, it’s OK to not be good at everything. Third, find your peeps. Lastly, celebrate your successes.”
