Hands-on, agile leader, quick to praise his employees, earns CEO of the Year finalist recognition

Elon Musk has the kind of vision that inspires Art Raymond, who has spent more than two decades creating cutting-edge solutions for media management and other types of companies.

Levels Beyond's open platform, Reach Engine, enables businesses that produce video to efficiently share their content across multiple channels to reach more viewers on whatever device they are using. He’s known as a hands-on, agile leader, quick to praise his employees and ready to make a speedy pivot to respond to clients’ needs. In February, Levels Beyond managed Fox Sports’ Super Bowl media, creating a seamless presence on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat — a reflection of Raymond’s embrace of the complexity of the modern world and a firm belief that there is no problem his team can’t solve.

Raymond and Levels Beyond support the Open Media Foundation, a local nonprofit that teaches media production skills and provides equipment rental at low cost for the purpose of community storytelling.
