Heidi Gassman Joins Moye White Trusts and Estates Team

Moye White LLP hired Heidi J. Gassman as a partner in the trusts and estates planning practice.

The newest member of the Trusts and Estates Group, Gassman will advise clients on a wide variety of estate planning matters, including estate and trust administration and pre- and post-marital agreements. She also has strong experience with real property, business and entity formation and general consultation, and commercial leases and contracts.

Prior to joining Moye White, Gassman worked as an attorney at two smaller law firms, both in Denver. She earned her law degree from Seattle University School of Law in 1996 and her B.A. in linguistics from the University of Washington. Gassman is a frequent author and presenter on a wide range of matters relating to trust and estates and real estate. She also serves as the current Chair of the Colorado Bar Association’s Orange Book Forms Committee and the Rules and Forms Committee.

The Denver-based firm is experiencing record growth this year; Gassman’s announcement is the firm’s seventh hire in 2019, rounding out the firm at 59 current attorneys.
