Moye White LLP this week named Andrew T. Flynn as a partner at the Denver-based law firm.
“The firm is very excited to announce that Andrew has been named a partner,” said Managing Partner Thomas List. “Andrew is a fantastic attorney who finds creative and efficient solutions to business problems, earning him the respect of his peers within the firm, which is evident by the unanimous partner vote.”
Flynn joined the firm in March 2015 as an associate, with a focus on commercial and general litigation.
During his tenure at Moye White, Flynn leveraged his previous experience defending insurance companies and policyholders and co-founded the firm’s Insurance Coverage and Recovery Group. In this capacity, he has focused on counseling clients regarding risk management, risk transfer, insurance procurement, coverage issues, and related litigation.
In addition to insurance coverage and recovery, Flynn also works in the areas of corporate disputes, employment law, and real estate litigation. He has extensive deposition, mediation, and trial experience; Flynn has tried 13 jury trials and dozens of court trials in various jurisdictions throughout Colorado.
Prior to Moye White, Flynn served as an attorney at Hunter & Associates. He graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
