Moye White Names Daniel Wennogle as Construction Co-Chair

He joined the firm's litigation practice as a partner earlier this year

Published:

Moye White LLP named partner Daniel Wennogle as co-chair of the firm’s construction section. Wennogle joins partner Carrie Rodgers, who has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry.

The firm welcomed Wennogle earlier this year to its litigation team. At the time, he was hired to focus on construction and real estate matters.

Moye White’s construction group represents project owners and developers, general contractors, design professionals, subcontractors and material suppliers in public and private sector commercial, industrial, residential or transportation construction projects.  The group meets client needs in drafting, negotiating and finalizing construction agreements, as well as their litigation and arbitration needs.

Wennogle plans to increase in-house educational programming led by the Construction Group.

Wennogle is active in the Colorado Bar Association, where he serves as the vice-chair and legislative liaison for the construction group. He is also a mentor for University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law students and an associate board member for Mending Faces, a Colorado-based nonprofit.
