Alisha Turak Joins Davis Graham & Stubbs as an Associate

Alisha Turak has joined the Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP’s Finance & Acquisitions Department as an associate. Her practice will continue to have an emphasis on representing both lenders and borrowers in a range of financing transactions.

Previously, Ms. Turak served as a covenant analyst for Reorg Research, Inc. in Denver, where she analyzed companies’ debt structures and produced reports on notable covenant issues. Prior to that Ms. Turak practiced corporate law at another Denver firm. She also practiced corporate law at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York.

Ms. Turak is currently admitted in Colorado and New York. She holds a B.A. from Bowdoin College and a J.D. from Columbia Law School. During law school, she received the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Prize and was named a James Kent Scholar.
