Winter 2019/2020 will introduce an all new guest experience with a spacious, light-filled lobby and speedy new elevator. The Antler’s personalized experience for meetings is enhanced with new customizable wall décor, patio improvements, a Steinway piano and state-of-the-art audio visual system to make meetings even better. Antlers at Vail provides three separate natural light-filled meeting rooms that open onto an outdoor patio and are capable of being connected to create one large conference space.
With seven meeting space configurations, the conference facilities are ideal for up to 100 attendees and also include an executive board room for smaller, more intimate meetings. Each room offers independent climate and sound control; complimentary wireless internet access, broad audiovisual capabiltieis, advanced technology such as polling, event menus, complementary parking and more.
The hotel is located just 150 yards from Vail's Lionshead Gondola and offers on-site ski rentals and complementary ski valet during the winter if you're able to extend your meeting into a weekend trip hitting the slopes. The hotel also offers easy access to town via the free in-town shuttle.
