If you’ve never been ski joring — or don’t even know what the heck it is — here’s your chance to find out and try it. The Leadville Ski Joring and Crystal Carnival events run all weekend and include horse-drawn skiers racing over jumps on snow-packed streets (that’s ski joring), a snowman-building contest for kids, broomball games and sled dog, snowshoe and mountain bike races.
