J. Triplett Mackintosh

Mr. Mackintosh, a partner at Holland & Hart, defends domestic and foreign corporations, directors, and other personnel facing investigation under U.S. export controls and other trade sanctions, as well as federal laws affecting securities, environmental controls, health care, money laundering and Customs.
He has led defense efforts and multi-jurisdictional criminal investigations in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. He is the principal architect of the HHCMS compliance training system, an innovative corporate defense tool for compliance training.  He is also an Adjunct Faculty member at the Sturm College of Law, University of Denver, where he teaches courses on trade sanctions and white collar defense.
