Rayna is a Principal in Mercer’s Workforce Strategy and Analytics practice and is based in Atlanta. She uses predictive analytics to help clients better understand and improve their workforce and business practices. Rayna specializes in diversity and inclusion analytics, including pay equity and diversity-focused Internal Labor Market analyses. She co-authored Mercer’s 2020 When Women Thrive Global Report, as well as a 2020 article on bridging the “say/do” gap in diversity and inclusion.
Before joining the Workforce Strategy and Analytics practice, Rayna worked on Mercer’s Government Human Services Consulting Informatics team. She also served as a founding co-chair of the Mercer Atlanta Racial & Ethnic Diversity Business Resource Group.
Prior to joining Mercer, Rayna worked as the Health Disparities Epidemiologist for the Arizona Department of Health Services.
Rayna holds a Master of Public Health degree in Epidemiology and a Bachelor of Science degree with Highest Honors in Biological Anthropology (minors in Spanish and Black Studies), both from the University of Michigan.
