Shawn Easter started his carrier as an apprentice mechanic at a heavy equipment dealership in Southern California from 1988 to 1991. He moved to Denver in 1992 to further his carrier as a fleet mechanic. Overtime he became the lead mechanic and then the service manager. He managed several departments from transportation, service shop, warehouse, and loading yard. In 2008, he joined FMH Material Handling Solutions working with their technicians, giving direction and advice.
