BMC Investments Names Erin Little Chief Financial Officer

BMC Investments (BMC), a Denver-based real estate investment company specializing in the development, acquisition and management of properties across various asset classes and geographies, named Erin Little as its chief financial officer. Having spent the last decade at Amstar where she was head of finance and operations, Little will now oversee all accounting and finance, tax and investor relations for BMC.

Prior to joining BMC, Little spent 12 years at Amstar, a $2 billion real estate private equity firm that focuses on acquiring, developing and managing all major property types in the United States, Europe and other select international markets. In her most recent role as head of finance and operations, she was responsible for Amstar’s global accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, tax, corporate finance, HR and IT functions. Prior to joining Amstar in 2008, Little spent four years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP auditing public and private clients. She graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from Colorado State University.
