Notably, Mr. Stonger helped the firm establish Amstar Advisers (which later became Ascentris) as an SEC-Registered Investment Adviser; the firm has since raised over $1 billion of equity from U.S. institutional investors.
Mr. Stonger graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business and Real Estate Finance. He also graduated from Harvard Business School (PLDA) with a concentration in General Management and Leadership and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charterholder. Mr. Stonger previously served four years on the Portfolio Management Committee with the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries.
