Build relationships by building a charitable community

One of the best things you can do for your business is build strong relationships in the communities that you are present in.  This idea also creates the unique opportunity to give back to that community and find causes that you really are passionate about.  In any relationship there is a balance of giving and receiving, and that is definitely true for your business as well.

At RE/MAX Alliance of Colorado we are committed to helping people find the home and lifestyle they are looking for, so it is crucial that we are connected to the communities and the people we serve.  We are also residents of these communities and try to give back as much as we can through a variety of causes.  Our staff and agents are encouraged to support the causes they care about, and as a company we try to provide easy avenues for them to get involved. 

One of our largest charitable partners is the Children’s Miracle Network. We wholeheartedly believe in helping the children in our communities that need it the most, which is why our alliance with the Children’s Miracle Network has grown into such a powerful community!  RE/MAX makes it simple for our agents to give back by providing them the opportunity to market their independent businesses as a “Miracle Maker!”

Our “Miracle Agents” make donations from each transaction as part of RE/MAX’s Miracle Home and Miracle Property programs.  Over the last 20 years of this amazing relationship with the Children’s Miracle Network, RE/MAX has donated nearly $123 million dollars and counting to the organization.  Separate from private donations, a huge portion of these funds come from the sales our Miracle Agents make.

These programs also help give participating agents an added advantage of aligning themselves with a good cause, which most consumers view as a positive.  These kinds of programs are a creative way of showing the consumer that our greater organization, as well as every independent office, cares about the families in our communities!  Additionally, RE/MAX clients know that when they buy a home from a Miracle Agent they are helping better a sick child’s life!

All over the country, different RE/MAX franchises host a variety of annual events, fundraisers, programs, contests, and much more that further grow our efforts with the Children’s Miracle Network. Coming up in the Denver area, RE/MAX Alliance will be sponsoring our 20th Annual Children’s Miracle Network Golf Tournament on Sept. 12, 2013 at the Inverness Hotel and Golf Resort. This is our largest annual event in Colorado and one that promises fun for all who participate!
