Colorado Technology Association announces new leadership
Andrea Young takes over as CEO in June
Colorado Technology Association (CTA) has named as CEO Andrea Young, a technology executive with more than 20 years experience driving innovation and growth for multiple industries within the Colorado tech economy.
Young began her career building telecommunications platforms for commercial real estate in the Denver Tech Center. She also served as chief information and chief technology officer, first with Denver-based Janus Capital Group and later with BI Incorporated, a GEO Group company, in Boulder.
Young has been on the CTA Board of Directors since 2010, serving as committee chair for several key initiatives and as board chair in 2013. Young has an MBA from the University of Denver.
Young’s first day on the job will be June 6, the same week as the sold-out Women in Technology Conference happening Friday, June 10.
