Todd Wheeler named NAIOP Colorado Office Broker of the Year
Todd Wheeler, Executive Vice President and top producer at Cushman & Wakefield Colorado, received the Office Broker of the Year On Feb. 25, 2016, as commercial real estate professionals from the Denver metro area gathered to honor the “Best of the Best” at the NAIOP Colorado 2015 Annual Awards of Achievement Event.
Wheeler negotiated $625.45 million in transactions, including the 265,000 square foot DaVita deal. Eight days later, Wheeler was recognized again at the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of REALTORS® (DMCAR) Heavy Hitters Awards. For the first time in the 20-year history, DMCAR honored one member with its Impact Award. Wheeler took home the inaugural award in recognition of his numerous, high-profile deals completed in and around Union Station and LoDo.
Over the last 26 years, Wheeler has has handled corporate headquarters relocations for numerous corporations, including: Zimmer Biomet Spine, Questar Corporation, Foster Wheeler Corporation, QEP Resources, Inc., SourceGas LLC, Transfirst Holdings, Inc., Touch America, Inc., Big O Tires, Inc., Home Buyer’s Warranty and Amoco Production Company.
