Tiffany Brown, an entrepreneur with a background in the hospitality and beverage industries, has launched Bone Apétreat!, a Denver-based food truck that doles out dog treats.

Launched in January 2021, Brown began the plan for the business in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic after seeing a need for canines and their owners to get out of the house for a daytime trip and fun treats for the area’s furry friends to enjoy.

“I have always been a huge dog lover and can frequently be spotted out and about across Denver and in all of the local dog parks with my rescued German Shepherd,” said Brown, founder of Bone Apétreat! “While working from home during COVID-19, I thought it would be a great idea to start a food truck that not only caters to dogs with treats and toys but also provides people with a much-needed break during their day with a walk and at local events.”

The dog treat food truck offers freshly baked, 100 percent natural human-grade cookies in all shapes, sizes and colors and treats, such as frozen yogurt, pumpkin or peanut butter filled bones and a variety of chews made from all natural ingredients and free of chemicals. All of the bagged treats are obtained from Colorado-sourced bakeries, and lucky dogs who visit the truck are also treated to complimentary whipped cream pup cups.

Brown is a marketing, hospitality and distribution industry entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and business management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in interpersonal communications from the University of Central Florida and has worked with multimillion dollar companies, including Celebrity Cruises, PGA Tour, Red Bull, Club Corp. and Chicago Rush Arena Football.

Bone Apétreat! is housed inside a custom-designed turquoise and purple Mercedes Sprinter truck. The vehicle can be seen making stops at the Seasons of Cherry Creek, AMLI Littleton, Backcountry in Highlands Ranch and many other Denver area neighborhoods. This spring, Bone Apetreat! will be found at the Cherry Creek farmer’s market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. To book an appearance or to discover more about Bone Apétreat!, visit BoneApetreat.net.
