Web Site:

It is not easy to turn a technical skill, knowledge expertise, or professional service into a business. Those who do make more money, impact more people and lead a more fulfilling life. This is the entrepreneur’s game: mastering the art of business.

This one-night, 3-hour workshop, taught by Dave Jenks, shows you the step-by-step process for turning any endeavor into an effective enterprise. It will help you get what you want and make the right things happen. It teaches the five disciplines of business - how to cost-effectively grow, expand and scale. It will focus on attracting more customers and generating referrals.

A keep-it-simple guide to money management will be combined with a system for managing limited resources (including time). Finally, you will come to understand the art of leverage: how to get more done through others.

This workshop will cover:

How to get what you want and make the right things happen
Developing the five disciplines of an entrepreneur
Attracting more customers and generating referrals
Using a simple two-part method for managing business financials

Speed Networking

Time: 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Location: The Tavern Downtown

Web Site:

Speed Networking is the best way to meet 20+ people at one event because unlike most networking events this is organized for you to introduce yourself, one-on-one to others and there are time limits for you to break the ice and build rapport. The time you have in front of someone isn't meant to be a sales pitch as much as a rolodex building event where you will find people that know other people that may want to do business with you.

We've set up the first event for January 27th at The Tavern in Lodo from 6-9pm. Appetizers and drinks will be available and we will get the round robin style networking started at 7:00 so get there early to ensure your spot and have something to eat/drink.
After the Speed Networking portion you will have time to solidify those new relationships or to schedule a follow up meeting.
