Ask Kerry Siggins how she got to be one of the few female leaders in the male-dominated industrial cleaning industry, and she’ll give you a few reasons for her success: her mom, who taught her the value of hard work and accountability; Durango-based StoneAge’s founders, John Wolgamott and Jerry Zink, who took a chance on her when she was just 28; all those among StoneAge’s 120 employees who believe in her, despite mistakes she might have made; and finally, her 3-year-old son, Jack.

“He makes me want to be a better person, mom and leader every day,” Siggins says. Colleague Betsy Fitzpatrick describes Siggins as a “forward-thinking, innovative leader who believes that people are at the core of the company. She is a great communicator and encourages people, through personal and professional development, to be the best people and contributors we can be.”

A graduate of the Colorado School of Mines, Siggins is highly regarded by manufacturers worldwide for her ability to influence technological advancements in engineering to make the industrial cleaning industry more effective and efficient. As a board member of the Water Jet Technology Association in North America, Siggins actively partners with industry leaders around the globe to develop worldwide safety standards for the industry that improve work conditions and create long lasting careers for individuals.
