Hollis + Miller Architects Establishes Roots in Castle Rock

The design of the new office encourages collaboration and integrated studios

Hollis + Miller Architects is relocating its current Castle Rock regional office to the new Riverwalk building in downtown Castle Rock. The new location is down the road from the existing Castle Rock office and will allow for growth and establishing a permanent home for its staff. The firm opened its first Castle Rock office in 2015 to expand its presence in the region and to build lasting relationships in the community.

“Our new building yields exciting opportunities for Hollis + Miller," says Chris Heinz, a leading partner in the Colorado office. “One of our core values is family, and it is important that we give our Colorado family a home that reflects who they are and inspires their creative minds. We are so pleased to be establishing roots in the Castle Rock area and look forward to what the future holds.”

The design of the office encourages collaboration and integrated studios, one of the key differentiators of Hollis + Miller’s approach to design. Interdisciplinary teams utilize flexible areas based on the project need, and shift office furniture to accommodate the best team for each individual project.

The firm will be relocated at the new office beginning August 1, 2019.
