One bite, and Koel Thomae was hooked
One taste was all it took.
Koel Thomae, co-founder of Colorado-based Noosa Finest Yoghurt, happened to be visiting her mother in Australia when she took a bite of yogurt that was destined to change her life.
"It was like a taste revolution," Thomae told ColoradoBiz Associate Editor Gigi Sukin. "Very motivated by my stomach, I knew I had to eat it more than once a year."
