DENVER –  The IMA Financial Group, Inc. has hired Robin Heller to lead the organization’s big-data priorities as its chief technology and operating officer. In the newly created role, Heller will oversee strategic technology development for one of the fastest-growing and largest independent insurance brokers in the country. The hire is a part of IMA’s entrepreneurial goal to be a transformative force in the insurance industry. 

“Under Robin’s sterling leadership, IMA will produce customer-centric solutions to respond, anticipate and adapt to major market transitions,” said IMA Financial Group CEO and Chairman Robert Cohen. “Her initiatives will touch every aspect of our business.”

Prior to IMA, Robin was president and CEO of The Leadership Investment, a Colorado nonprofit that helps individuals and organizations accelerate the shift to gender-balanced leadership. Her global corporate career includes leading technology, large-scale integration, business process, customer experience and transformational teams for American Express, First Data and Western Union.
