Molecular biologist Beckley’s own battle with infertility underlies her passion to help other women and inspired her crowdfunding campaign to create and market a new ovulation tracking device. After raising $40,000, Beckley went from concept to FDA-registered product in just nine months.
She also has launched a nonprofit arm of her company to donate a portion of the profits to educate women about fertility, help them conceive and provide resources for pregnant women.
