KPA announces new senior vice president of sales
Drew Sloan will lead the customer growth strategy
KPA, provider of workforce compliance and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) software and services for mid-sized businesses, today announced the appointment of Drew Sloan as its Senior Vice President of Sales.
Sloan will lead the effort to deliver workplace safety consulting, software and training solutions to businesses trying to achieve and manage regulatory compliance and maintain a culture of safety. He will report to Chris Fanning, President and CEO of KPA.
Sloan brings more than a decade of enterprise technology and software industry experience, most recently serving as Vice President of Sales at Vertafore, an insurance software provider, and Senior Sales Director at Oracle Utilities.
“Drew builds great teams and has a proven track record of delivering strong, consistent results. His mix of leadership, intellect and tenacity will accelerate KPA’s growth and extend our leadership in workplace safety,” said KPA CEO, Chris Fanning.
Sloan’s experience building and leading high-performing enterprise sales teams will help KPA cultivate and drive customer acquisition and retention strategies grounded in integrity, trust, and competence. At KPA, he will direct a rapidly growing team of sales, operations, and solution engineering professionals.
Sloan holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, a Master of Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and a Bachelor of Science in International History from the United States Military Academy. His military decorations include the Purple Heart medal, Bronze Star medal, and the Army Ranger Tab.
