Kyle McFarlane’s creative energy as marketing director and co-founding partner of Broxterman Alicks McFarlane PC Family Law Firm (BAM) has resulted in innovations that have revolutionized the way BAM practices law. The firm’s efficient use of technology and a unique and personalized relationship with its clients truly sets it apart and has the firm’s attorneys and staff unabashedly admitting that they love coming to work.
McFarlane’s natural aptitude for law firm administration became apparent when she began her career with family law firm Gutterman Griffiths PC in 2014. She left to co-found BAM a year later. In the three years since, she has brought a unique, modern spin to the art of marketing and branding a law firm in a field mired in precedent and slow to change.
A Colorado Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2017 and 2018, McFarlane has volunteered for the Restorative Justice Program and has tutored underprivileged children. In her role as adjunct professor for the highly ranked University of Denver Sturm College of Law National Trial Team, McFarlane has mentored and coached future lawyers on real-world trial techniques, evidence and case strategy.
