Pioneering the New Age of Real Estate My start in residential property management was when I was working nights as a bartender. My bar manager said I was good with handling situations and he knew of someone looking for a person like me to manage an apartment building by DU. While in college-bartending nights and being offered free rent was an ideal opportunity for me at the time. 25+ years later, I still enjoy the work. Property Managers are responsible for everything for the property, including but not limited to maintenance, upkeep of the property, tenant satisfaction, collecting rent, overseeing a staff of vendors while enforcing the terms of the contracts to tenants who signed a Lease.Details
