Rich doesn’t view his role at Innovest as work, rather he sees it as a vocation. A true steward leader, Rich is motivated by helping those around him. Although he is very busy as CEO, his calendar is filled with meetings to help people find jobs, raise money for their charity and become more successful. Rich is currently involved or has been involved with 12 philanthropic organizations and Innovest has donated nearly $1 million in the last decade.

Through Rich’s dedication to stewardship and success, Innovest has grown from five employees to 47, 25 clients to 280, and $250 million assets to over $23 billion today.
