Local Business Leaders Rise to the Occasion for the Annual Top Company Awards
A night not to be missed – The 2018 Top Company Awards took place Aug. 29, awarding 14 winners in a range of industry categories
Thirty-one years in, and it still feels like we're just getting started. ColoradoBiz magazine's annual Top Company Awards brought together hundreds of executives, decision-makers, leaders and hustlers throughout the statewide business community to celebrate the organizations that have risen to the peak throughout the last year.
Deloitte — one of four presenting sponsors along with Moye White, Versatility and Colorado State Bank and Trust — narrowed the nominees down to three finalists in each of the 14 industry category. From there, a judging panel made up of ColoradoBiz editorial staffers and business people dissected and discussed the qualifications of the finalists, hand-picking winners based on outstanding achievement, financial performance and community involvement.

Serving as the venue for the evening's event: Denver Center for the Performing Arts, while Channel 4 News' Morning Meteorologist, Lisa Hidalgo, played emcee for the program.
Partners for the awards included YellowDog Printing & Graphics, Footers Catering, Denver Center for the Performing Arts, Award&Sign and Enstrom Candies. A portion of the evening's proceeds was shared with Denver Kids, an organization on a mission to make high school graduation possible for Denver Public Schools students facing adversity.
