Melissa Moran joins Fort Collins' CBRE team
Moran will newly serve as vice president with advisory and transaction services
CBRE announced today that Melissa Moran joined its Fort Collins office as a vice president with advisory and transaction services specializing in investment property sales and landlord and occupier representation for retail and office properties. Moran brings more than 12 years of experience in the shopping center industry, with expertise in lease negotiations, site selection and asset dispositions.
"Melissa brings incredible experience to CBRE, having managed each of Northern Colorado's major shopping centers. She has a deep understanding of market nuances and the optimal way to connct retail to the community," says Pete Schippits, senior managing director and market leader for CBRE in Colorado.

Prior to joining CBRE, Moran was a regional director of shopping center portfolio totally 3 million square feet across the West and Midwest regions for Bayer Properties. She is a Certified Shopping Center Manager with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a CPM candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), a Certified Commercial Investment Member candidate with the CCIM Institute and a member of Northern Colorado Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW).
