Moye White LLP last week launched Moye White Startups, an online resource for local entrepreneurs. The website acts as a guide for entrepreneurs as they take their businesses from start to sold. The new resource is led by firm partner and vice-chair of the firm’s business section, Rose Standifer, who has worked within the startup community for more than 15 years.
Colorado is posting double-digit growth, a young and educated workforce is flocking to the Front Range and major companies are relocating their headquarters. All of this has led to a significant startup support system, which Moye White Startups has compiled for local entrepreneurs.
Standifer, who started her career in Palo Alto during the dot-com boom, is a seasoned startup lawyer who advises entrepreneurs and investors on the formation and funding of emerging and disruptive companies.
