ReadyTalk launches ReturnShip

ReadyTalk, a leading provider of online conferencing and webinar services, has announced the launch of ReturnShip, a professional development and paid internship program designed for individuals who long to return to work after a career hiatus.  The program, developed by Colorado technology companies including MWH, ReadyTalk, Return Path, SendGrid, and SpotXchange, provides a variety of opportunities including networking events, resume building workshops and communication training.

“There are a variety of reasons why successful, career-driven people may temporarily leave the workforce, and today’s fast-paced business environment can make it a challenge to return to where they left off in their careers,” Said Courtney Graham, HR Director for ReadyTalk. “The ReturnShip program provides training, networking opportunities and a variety of resources to ease the transition and help people go back to work, regardless of how long they have been away.”

The ReturnShip 22-week paid internships will run from Oct. 5, 2015 – Mar. 9, 2016 (winter break: Dec. 21- Jan. 1) and both full-time and part-time positions are available.  The program includes pre-boarding, on-boarding, professional development, 360 reviews and feedback sessions. Interns will have responsibilities that mirror the professional activities of their colleagues.
